What's your return policy?

We want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase and so offer a 30-day, any reason* return policy!

Please email us at AJZeller@ZellerWritingCompany.com to initiate a return. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your package to be eligible for any kind of refund or exchange. The original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

All returned products must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, and in original packaging, in order to receive a full refund of the original purchase price. If you used something and still would like to return it, we will assess the condition upon receipt to determine if a full or partial credit is warranted.

*We are really sorry, but no refunds/exchanges will be issued for any used ink, notebooks, stationary, wax, etc. We also cannot accept returns for any of our Clearance or “Scratch 'n' Dent” items.

For our U.S. customers:
If the item to be returned was damaged/defective upon receipt or if we sent the wrong item, we’ll refund or exchange it and send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. If returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping to us.

For our international customers:
Unfortunately, we cannot provide reimbursement for return shipping outside the U.S. If you have received a damaged/defective product, we will work with you to apply an appropriate refund or credit.
