Why should I create an account?
  While it's always awesome when you can stick it to the man by checking out anonymously, there are definite benefits to creating an account with us here at ZWC. Having an account allows you the following:
  • Save addresses and payment methods for faster checkouts in the future.
  • Accumulate MyRewards points which can be redeemed for credit on future purchases. (Customers that checkout anonymously may still get their number of MyRewards points associated with their purchase written on their packing invoice; however, that number isn't saved in the system.)
  • Log in and view the shipping status of current orders, and make modifications to orders before they ship.
  • View past orders and easily find records of purchases.
  • Print additional invoices.
  • Create and edit reviews of previously purchased products.
Another thing to note is that we do not sell or distribute your information to any third parties. The only email that you'd get (aside from the emails associated with your order) is our newsletter - and that's only if you opted in to receive it.

How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
