I do ink sample swaps with other people online, and these syringes are the best way to transfer ink without making a horrible mess everywhere. Also, Zeller has the best shipping prices to Alaska.

My daughter has a Pelikan Twist pen and I can't get any kind of converter to seal, so I got the syringe set. It works great and saves both the waste of the plastic cartridges and money.
