Shipment was fast and there was such attention to detail as far as packaging was concerned! Love this company and will definitely be back.

As for the Notebook Planner ..It's pretty small which was expected, but some pens show through with it's thin paper... Something to watch out for. I ended up ordering the larger version MTN. I don't think the Passport Planner makes an adequate planner for a busy person. Right now I'm using a Pilot Coleto .3 pen to squeeze everything I need inside the boxes!
