5 of 5 High quality and fountain pen friendly August 6, 2016
Reviewer: SD from Monroe, CT United States
The Clairefontaine DCP paper promises a smooth writing experience. The paper color leans toward a bluish white hue (as opposed to an ivory or creamy look). Fountain pen ink used on the paper pops beautifully. There is no feathering at all, no see-through on the reverse side making it possible to use both sides of the paper. I used a platinum Preppy EF with Blue ink, a Scheaffer School Medium nob with Scheaffer Skrip purple ink and a Waterman Phileas medium nib (writes more like a broad) with Pilot Iroshizoku Kon Peki. The paper held up beautifully. Beware, however, that when I tried a BIC permanent Mark-it Marker, there was a lot of see-through, still no feathering though.  I am more than satisfied with this paper. Having it withstand the BIC marker would have been a gift, but I still highly recommend it.

5 of 5 DCP - A Whiter Triomphe Experience May 23, 2015
Reviewer: MKB from California - United States
I love the characteristics of Clairefontaine Triomphe, so I was curious if DCP would measure up. I was mostly concerned with ink shading, and have found this paper promotes shading just as well. The smoothness of the writing experience is the same too. The only difference that stands out is that DCP is whiter which I prefer and since the sheets are loose, I don't have to carefully pull them from a pad.

4 of 5 Great paper for fountain pens March 8, 2015
Reviewer: Mark Whitcher (@vintagenib) from Pensacola, FL United States
I make my own notebooks that I use with a fountain pen and this is one of the best papers I've found for that  purpose.  There is no feathering of ink.  It's a very nice, smooth surface.  My only complaint is that a heavy ink application does bleed through a little bit (like from a juicy flex nib).  It doesn't hold up quite as well in that regard as the paper in the Clairefontaine notebooks.
